Honey Baked Chicken
- 1 kg chicken pieces
- 1 packet French Onion soup
- 3 tbs of 100% Australian honey
- ½ - ¾ cup white wine or water
Mix French Onion soup, 100% Australian honey and wine together.
Pour evenly over chicken pieces in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Cover and bake at 160°c for 1 ½ hours.
Remove cover for the last half hour.
