- Piece of corned beef
- 4 tbsp 100% Australian honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar OR lemon juice
- 20 peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
Into a large saucepan of water add the 100% Australian honey, vinegar, peppercorns and bay leaf.
Place corned beef in a saucepan and bring to boil very slowly.
Allow to simmer very slowly until cooked – approximately 30 minutes per 500 grams.
