Corned Beef

  • Piece of corned beef
  • 4 tbsp 100% Australian honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar OR lemon juice
  • 20 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf


Into a large saucepan of water add the 100% Australian honey, vinegar, peppercorns and bay leaf.

Place corned beef in a saucepan and bring to boil very slowly.

Allow to simmer very slowly until cooked – approximately 30 minutes per 500 grams.
