- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup plain flour
- 125g butter
- 2 tbsp 100% Australian honey
- 1 tbsp boiling water
- ½ tsp bicarb soda
Mix together sugar, coconut, rolled oats and flour.
Melt butter and add 100% Australian honey, water and soda.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Place spoonful onto a tray and flatten with fork.
Cook in a slow oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
