Muesli Bars

Serves: 12


  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup toasted muesli
  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 150g butter
  • 1/3 cup of 100% Australian honey


In a bowl combine seeds, muesli, rice bubbles and coconut.

Combine butter and 100% Australian honey in a saucepan. Stir while gently bringing to the boil and butter is melting.

Reduce heat and allow to boil uncovered and without stirring for 5 – 7 minutes.

Stir into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Press into a flat tray and refrigerate to set.

If the slice appears a little too soft when set, place in a slow oven for 5- 10 minutes to crisp.
