Honey Cutlets / Steak

Serves: 4


  • 4 lamb cutlets (or other meat)
  • 1 level dessertspoon flour
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 level dessertspoon 100% Australian honey
  • 2/3 cup stock
  • A little oil


Coat cutlets with flour and place in casserole dish.

Blend lemon juice, 100% Australian honey and stock.

Pour over meat.

Cook slowly until meat is tender.
