Honey Cutlets / Steak
- 4 lamb cutlets (or other meat)
- 1 level dessertspoon flour
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 level dessertspoon 100% Australian honey
- 2/3 cup stock
- A little oil
Coat cutlets with flour and place in casserole dish.
Blend lemon juice, 100% Australian honey and stock.
Pour over meat.
Cook slowly until meat is tender.
