Accepting your Friends of AHBIC Voluntary Contribution
AHBIC accepts online payment of Friends of AHBIC Voluntary Contributions in Australian dollars.
A Voluntary Contributions is not a tax deductible donation. You may however be able to claim your contribution as a business expense.
AHBIC accepts a maximum of $5000 contribution via credit card. Larger contributions please use direct deposit or cheque.
Upon successful payment you will receive a tax receipt via email from AHBIC.
AHBIC will consider refunds of Friends of AHBIC Voluntary Contributions on a case by case basis. The following situations may warrant a refund:
- An error has been made by AHBIC
- Your banking details were fraudulently obtained and used
- AHBIC received your details in error
- You are experiencing financial hardship
Any refund is limited to the last voluntary contribution made and the request for refund must be made within 1 month of payment. Refunds will be made to the account used to make the original payment.
AHBIC takes the security of your payment information seriously. Voluntary contribution payments are processed via our secure credit card payment facility using eWay. Your credit card details are not stored by AHBIC with all payment details transferred to our payment processor using SSL encryption.
AHBIC only collects personal information in order to process enquiries, email subscriptions and online payments.
Depending on the interaction, this information can include your name, address, phone number, email address and phone number.
If we encounter an issue processing a payment or enquiry, we may use this information to contact you.
AHBIC does not share your personal information with any third party. Your personal information is only used for essential communications and record keeping.
